Ruvia does not conduct sales of physical products through this website. Event registrations and membership subscriptions are digital services. All transactions are processed securely through our certified payment partners.
Event bookings and memberships are subject to our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, available in your account settings.

12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
